Dear Colleagues,
I am honoured to be holding the "8th Annual Meeting of European Venous Forum" in Istanbul . With increasing participation numbers, the European Venous Forum has established itself as a congress of great scientific standing. I am certain that a congress held in such an historical city as Istanbul , spanning two continents, will attract the attention of doctors and significant parties from both a scientific and social perspective. We are delighted, as the congress organisation committee, to be hosting both a fulfilling congress and a satisfying social programme for our guests coming to Istanbul .
As a congress specialising in Phlebology and attracting participation largely from Vascular Surgeons and Dermatologists, it will be a convenient opportunity for discussion of this topic by physicians from Turkey , the Balkans, Black Sea and Middle East in particular.
With the attendance of the well known experts as speakers and in the organisation of the congress's scientific programme, all the latest subjects in this field will be on the agenda and up for discussion.
We hope that you will enjoy the scientific part of the meeting as well as the social programme and Istanbul .
We look forward to welcoming you to Istanbul in July 2007 for the 8 th Annual Meeting of the European Venous Forum.
Sincerely Yours,
Prof. Dr. Mehmet Kurtoglu
