Abstract Submission
Abstracts should be submitted by Friday 13 March 2009 and typed in English. Selection will be based on originality and quality of work. All abstracts will be assessed by the Scientific Committee and authors will be notified on the committee's decision by early April 2009.
The EVF prize will be awarded to the best 10 minute communication according to originality and quality. Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
Please indicate on the abstract if you wish your abstract to be submitted for the EVF Prize. Prize winners will be announced at the end of the meeting.
The winners of the 1st and 2nd Prize are awarded travelling grants (to a maximum of £1,500) to attend
the following meeting of the American Venous Forum and present their abstract.
Each abstract should include:

| |
· Institution, City and Country |
| |
· Indicate if the abstract is submitted in consideration for the EVF Prize |

· Type abstract in English |

IMPORTANT: It is a condition of submission that should your abstract be accepted for presentation that the presenting author will register for the congress at least 4 weeks prior to the date of the meeting. Failure to register will mean removal of your abstract from the programme.
