INVITATION
It is with great pleasure we invite participation from the industry to exhibit at
The 10th European Venous Forum Meeting
in
Copenhagen
5.-7. June 2009
European Venous Forum is the most important venous society outside USA. It is with great honour to chair this international meeting in Copenhagen 2009. The meeting is composed of invited well-known speakers mixed with 36 free papers dealing with the latest development in the venous field.
The meetings are usually kept in a very friendly atmosphere with fine opportunity to socialise in the hope to attract young doctors.
The meeting will take place in Hotel Scandic Copenhagen in the central part of the capital. The place has splendid facilities for industrial exhibition.
A reception will be held in the exhibition area and a gala diner is arranged in Langelinie Pavillionen near the harbour.
We expect at least 300 hundred participants for this meeting. And we try to keep the fee as low as possible to attract Nordic colleagues for this meeting.
We can offer these levels for exhibition and sponsorships:

4.000 Euro for 2x3 square meters(includes 1 table, 1 chair and electricity).
There will be a reduction in the registration fee for the associated staff for fee, lunch and reception for 2 persons: 300 € per person. |

8.000 Euro for double space (includes 2 tables, 2 chairs and electricity).
Only 6 double stands are available. There will be a reduction in the registration fee for associated staff for fee, lunch and reception for 3 persons: 300 € per person. |
