Abstract Submission

Abstracts should be submitted by Friday 19 March 2010 and typed in English.  Selection will be based on originality and quality of work.  All abstracts will be assessed, blind, by the Scientific Committee.  Authors will be notified on the committee's decision by mid April 2010. 

Each abstract should include:

Abstracts can be submitted for two different formats of presentation:

- 10 minute presentation followed by 10 minute discussion;
- 5 minute presentation followed by 10 minute discussion.

The EVF prize will be awarded to the three best communications according to originality and quality.
NEW!: to be eligible for the prize the presenter should be a trainee.

The winners are awarded a Travelling Grant (to a maximum of £1,500) to attend the annual meeting of the American Venous Forum or the annual meeting of the American College of Phlebology.

IMPORTANT:
It is a condition of submission that should your abstract be accepted for presentation that the presenting author will register for the congress at least 4 weeks prior to the date of the meeting.  Failure to register will mean removal of your abstract from the programme.
