The registration fee includes:

Attendance at all sessions, final programme and book of abstracts, lunches, coffee/tea breaks during conference days and includes Welcome reception.

* If you are not already a member of the EVF, please complete the Application Form for membership and send with the Registration Form to be eligible for the reduced registration fee

** A certificate, signed by the head of department, must accompany the registration booking form to be eligible for the reduced registration fee.

On-site Registration
Registration made later than 10 June, 2010 will be considered as on-site registration and consequently minor delays at the registration desk, in connection with issuing of documentation and settlement of accounts, must be anticipated.

Final Registration
Participants must register at the Registration Desk upon arrival at the Conference. Please remember to bring your confirmation of participation.

IMPORTANT: Please remember to state EVF 2010 and participant’s name  + invoice number on all money transfers to the Conference Secretariat.

If you have made a late payment, please bring a copy of your payment to the congress.

Terms and conditions

Confirmation
If the Congress Secretariat receives the completed registration form before 18 June, 2010 written confirmation of registration will be emailed to the Congress participant upon receipt of registration fees. All registrations received after this date will be processed on site and will not release a written confirmation.

It is your personal responsibility that all details such as address, booked events, number of tickets, date of arrival and departure, etc. are in accordance with your wishes. We therefore strongly recommend that you read and check the letter of confirmation of registration carefully to avoid errors. In the event of any errors, please contact EVF2010@vmec.nl

Cancellation of participation (a written request is mandatory)
Pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the Conference will have their paid fees refunded less a processing fee of 40 € provided written notice of non-attendance (by letter or fax) is received by the Conference Secretariat before 31 May, 2010. If cancellation is made after this date no refund of fee can be expected. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
