Congress Dates and Times
The Congress will open on Thursday 4 November at 08.00am and will close on Saturday 6 November at 18.30pm.

Registration Desk
Please note: On site registration will not be available. 

Registration fee is £500 before 30 September 2010. 

NEW! The registration fee has been reduced to £250 for physicians in training and physicians currently resident and working in non-EU Eastern European countries.

Accommodation
An excellent rate has been arranged at the conference hotel (Golden Bay Beach Hotel): Single Room Euro 139 per night inclusive of breakfast, lunch, dinner (excluding drinks), service charge and all taxes.  Please book directly with the hotel (see hotel booking form).

Transportation 
Larnaca airport has several direct connections with most European cities. 
The hotel is a short drive from the airport.  The hotel can arrange transfer from the airport at a cost of approximately
Euro 25 one way.  In addition, there is an excellent taxi service from the airport.

Congress language
The official language of the congress is English.

Certificate of Attendance
A certificate of attendance will be available for all participants on completion of all the workshops.

Accreditation
The European Board of Vascular Surgery (ECVME)  has awarded 25 points

Climate
The weather in Cyprus in early November is superb. On average maximum temperature gets up to 22°C on the west coast and inland and 23°C-24°C on the eastern-south coast (Larnaca). At night temperature drops down to 13°C-14°C on the coast and 10°C inland. The sea water is about 21°C.  Recommended clothes are medium-weight apparel and light pullovers.
