The registration fee for the three day course is only £ 500. (before 30 September 2010)
NEW! The registration fee has been reduced to £250 for physicians in training and physicians
currently resident and working in non-EU Eastern European countries.
Places are limited to 100 delegates only.
Registration will be on a first come, first served basis.
Please note: On site registration will not be available.

Delegates must attend all parts of the programme in order to receive an attendance certificate
